"Doing what you love is great, but getting recognition for it is the best feeling in the world." Pepperman is a conscientious person. Whether it comes to producing or performing, Pepijn will always search for weaknesses to improve himself. In 2007 he started producing. Pepperman was also active behind the turntables. This period gave him stage experience at venues like Panama (Amsterdam), 013 (Tilburg), Ofcorso (Rotterdam), Club Rembrandt (Eindhoven) and gigs at well-known concepts like Girls Love Dj's, Chocolatin, Treetz, Offcourse040 and Rock the Discotheque. His first two productions got him into the National Charts (Megatop 100). 2008 was the year that he was admitted to the Rockacademy in Tilburg as a Dj/Producer. Pepperman is influenced by various musical genres but mostly by the melodic and melancholic kind. He aims to put emotion into each of his tracks. His main styles are House, Techhouse and Minimal but Pepperman is open minded so don't be suprised when something completely different sounds through the speakers. On stage or in the studio, Pepperman will always try to raise the bar and distinguish himself from the rest. |
